So it has finally happened !!! I can re-open the studio. I am soooooo excited to welcome you all back to the studio from the 10th of May onwards. Please stick with me as i try to reschedule everyone, its a mammoth task. Just an update on availability.

1st April 2021
The latest Government announcement yesterday has meant that the studio is still closed and will remain so until non-essential business is allowed to open again. I will however be launching my new outdoor sessions which will begin end of April. In the meantime if you are due whilst the studio is closed please check out my new Remote Newborn Sessions ! Such fun and a great way to capture all that Newborn squishy-ness in this strange time !

With the Government announcement yesterday the studio will remain closed until the 5th of March 2021 at the earliest. I also think that chances are as a non-essential business it could be April before photography studios can open again. If you are due from April onwards please contact me to book a slot as I will have a backlog of lovely clients to get through first before I can add in new bookings. Keep safe everyone, Linda x
Thursday 24th of December 2020
So again it looks like we are heading into another lockdown. As long as the country is above Level 3 photography studio's cannot operate. I will be closed again during Level 5. Hopefully with the review at the end of Jan I will be able to update you all on when I can open again. In the meantime I will be operating a waitlist from once I can open again. Newborns will be scheduled based on their arrival date if that happens during lockdown and due dates there after. Please everyone, keep safe and mind your loved ones through this scary time. See you soon hopefully !!

So it looks like that the rumblings are positive for non-essential business to reopen again next week, for December. With that in mind an update on availability. I have no sessions at all left for December 2020. I have limited availability for January 2021.

It's so sad to have to close the studio again, but I think we need to remember during the next6 weeks what we are doing this for.

First off, I can't wait to get back to the studio, I miss my little clients so so much ! At the moment as the situation with Covid-19 changing on a daily basis, these dates are indicative of when I believe I will be able to re-open the studio. They are based on the Government & HSE guidelines on reopening the country but as yet photographers have not received specific direction on when we should open. My utmost priority is working within the Government guidelines and opening the studio again at a time when I believe that it is safest for your family and my family. I will be keeping a constant eye on the situation and these dates may be brought forward if the current advice changes.
Re-opening dates are as follows -
29th of June 2020 : Studio Maternity Sessions will resume. Strict social distancing policy in place. Session to include Mum to Be and Partner only, no siblings. Full studio Covid-19 protocol, as outlined below, will be in place during these sessions.
20th of July 2020 : Clients whom had booked in pre-covid who are currently on my waiting list for the studio to re-open. Strict social distancing policy will be in place for these sessions. I will provide each client with further information specific to their session closer to the time. Full studio Covid-19 protocol, as outlined below, will be in place during these sessions.
1st of September 2020 : Recommence Newborn Sessions in the studio. At the moment this is the earliest date that I have available for Newborn Sessions after I have finished all the clients who had pre-booked for sessions during the Covid closer period. I envisage that these sessions will still be done under full studio Covid-19 protocol as outlined below.

What to expect
- Only one session per day
to allow for a total sanitisation of the studio, props and studio wardrobe in between sessions.
- All sessions whether Maternity, Family or Baby Sessions will be my relaxed white style sessions. Traditional hands on posed newborn sessions will not be available until further notice.
- Bathroom facilities are have always been available at the studio but clients will be encourage to wash their hands at a minimum on arrival to the studio and before they leave. I will be washing & sanitising my own hands at regular intervals during the session.
- All props, fabrics & surfaces that come into contact with my clients will be sanitised in between sessions.
- If you are sick please contact me as soon as possible before your session to reschedule. Please do not come to the studio sick as I will have to turn you away to ensure the safety of my own family and that of my other clients. If I am sick I will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange our session for the same reasons.
- A Covid-19 awareness questionnaire will be sent to you in the days before your session, this must be completed before you come to the studio
- I will be wearing a mask during sessions and clients are also encouraged to wear a mask whilst in the studio. Clients may remove masks while they are being photographed. Children are not required to wear masks.
- Extra hand sanitiser will be on hand for clients and for myself.
- Only the babies parents to attend the session and by prior arrangement, siblings.
- Shoes to be removed upon entry to the studio.
